| Summary: | In partnership with Advancing Independence: Modernizing Medicare and Medicaid (AIMMM), the Forum convened a group of experts to discuss disability and chronic disease policy issues, with a special focus on the Medicare Homebound Rule. The discussion focused around new approaches to modifying the significant restrictions on the use of home care in Medicare resulting from the current statutory language. The discussion also touched on new approaches to financing and delivering care. |
